Kisan Sabha State Conference: Hundreds of Farmers Join Rally in Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa

Bhopal: Hundreds of farmers participated in a rally held in Rewa district as part of the Madhya Pradesh Kisan Sabha state conference. The farmers’ rally was held at Athreila in Rewa district on the first day of the conference.

The farmers took part in the procession raising slogans highlighting various demands.

P Krishnaprasad, All India Kisan Sabha Joint Secretary Badal Saroj, Madhya Pradesh Kisan Sabha Vice President Ramnarayan Kuraria, Rewa District Kisan Sabha President Kanti Kumar Dubey and Shailesh Verma addressed the public meeting held after the rally.

The leaders highlighted the negligence of elected representatives and corruption in the police and administrative systems. The conference demanded an end to anti-people approaches and urged the government to intervene immediately to address the demands of farmers.
