‘Patriot’ Character Posters Released: Mohanlal, Mammootty, Nayanthara Lead Multi-Starrer Film

The character posters of ‘Patriot’, a multi-starrer film directed by Mahesh Narayanan, featuring Mohanlal, Mammootty, Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Rajeev Menon, and Nayanthara, have been released by the film’s crew. Each poster carries the tagline: “Voices of dissent belong to patriotism; be a patriot in a world full of traitors.” The release date of the film is also hinted at in Morse code, with the movie slated to release on April 23.

All character posters combine light and darkness visually. The first poster released was of Nayanthara, while the posters of Mammootty and Mohanlal were the last to be unveiled. Mammootty shared Mohanlal’s poster, and Mohanlal shared Mammootty’s poster on Instagram.

‘Patriot’ marks the first film in 18 years where Mammootty and Mohanlal are appearing together. The film also features a strong presence of the new generation of Malayalam cinema actors. This is Mahesh Narayanan’s next directorial venture following hits like ‘Take Off’ and ‘Malik’.
