Jaipur: A fire broke out in a chemical factory in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. National media reported that eight people have died, and two others are still trapped inside the factory unit.


The fire occurred in the Khushkera-Karoli industrial area in Bhiwadi. Additional District Magistrate Sumithra Mishra stated that rescue operations began immediately.


A total of ten people were trapped inside the factory. Eight bodies have been recovered so far, and efforts are ongoing to rescue the remaining two individuals.


Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences over the deaths of the workers.
