Indian National League Demands Withdrawal of Cooking Gas Price Hike

Kozhikode: The Indian National League (INL) National Executive meeting has demanded that the central government immediately withdraw the hike in cooking gas prices. The meeting protested this "anti-people" move by the government, which is disturbing the family budgets of ordinary citizens.

The price of cooking gas cylinders for domestic use was increased by Rs 60, while the price of cylinders for commercial use rose by Rs 115.

The meeting entrusted National Treasurer Sameerul Hassan and Bengal State President Salahuddin with the responsibility of completing the candidate selection process and conducting seat-sharing discussions with the LDF leadership. Additionally, the meeting assessed preparations for the upcoming Bengal Legislative Assembly elections.
