Engine Malfunction Forces SpiceJet Flight with 150 Passengers to Turn Back

New Delhi: The SpiceJet flight that departed for Leh on Tuesday morning was turned back due to an engine malfunction. The Boeing 737 aircraft, operating under flight number SG 121, had approximately 150 people on board.
A SpiceJet spokesperson confirmed that the flight, which was operating from Delhi to Leh, returned to Delhi after experiencing a technical snag. The plane safely landed in Delhi, and all passengers were disembarked normally. It has also been confirmed that the aircraft experienced an engine malfunction. Investigations are ongoing.
