Adarsh M Saji elected SFI All India President; Srijan Bhattacharya General Secretary

Palestine Solidarity Nagar (Kozhikode): Adarsh M Saji has been elected as the All India President of the Students' Federation of India (SFI), and Srijan Bhattacharya has been elected as the General Secretary. The 18th All India Conference held at Palestine Solidarity Nagar (Aspen Courtyard), Sitaram Yechury-Nepaldev Bhattacharya Hall, elected the new office bearers. The conference also elected an 87-member Central Executive Committee.
The newly elected All India Secretariat includes Subhash Jakkar, T Nagaraju, Rohidas Yadav, Sathyesh Layuv, Shilpa Surendran, Pranav Kharji, M Shivaprasad, and C Mridula (Vice Presidents); Aishi Ghosh, G Aravind Sami, Anil Thakur, K Prasannakumar, Debanjan Dev, P S Sanjeev, Srijan Dev, and Muhammad Athiq Ahmad (Joint Secretaries). There are two vacancies in the Central Secretariat and eight in the Central Executive Committee.
Adarsh M Saji, who hails from Chathannoor in Kollam, was previously the SFI State Vice President and All India Joint Secretary. He is currently a final-year LLB student at Janahit Law College in Delhi. Srijan Bhattacharya, the newly elected General Secretary, is a native of Jadavpur in West Bengal and holds a postgraduate degree in History. Ten members from Kerala are part of the All India Secretariat.
