ABVP Members Attacks Historian Irfan Habib’s Speech at Delhi University

New Delhi: An incident occurred at Delhi University where members of the ABVP disrupted a speech by noted historian Irfan Habib. The attack took place while he was addressing an audience on campus. During his speech, a bucket full of water was reportedly thrown at him.

Reacting to the incident, Habib said that the situation has deteriorated to the extent that, forget about universities, people are unable to stand on the streets and speak freely.
