Israeli Strike Hits Gaza Hospital, Kills Medic

Gaza: An Israeli airstrike hit the northern gate of the Kuwaiti Field Hospital in Gaza's Muwasi area, killing a medic and wounding nine others — all patients and medics. Israel has not commented. The area shelters hundreds of thousands in tent camps. Gaza’s Health Ministry says over 51,000 people have been killed in the 18-month war. Israel has blocked aid and controls over half the territory.

Jordan arrested 16 suspects accused of undermining national security. The group allegedly had explosives, short-range missiles, and trained recruits. They are linked to unlicensed groups, including the dissolved Muslim Brotherhood. The Brotherhood denies wrongdoing and claims commitment to Jordan’s stability.

Hamas says an Israeli strike cut off contact with militants guarding Edan Alexander, a 21-year-old Israeli-American soldier held hostage. He is the last known living American hostage in Gaza. Israel has not responded to the claim.
