Asian Games 2026: Himanshu Dhillon Wins Silver, Rudrankksh Patil Takes Bronze in Men's 10m Air Rifle Individual Event

Nagoya: India won two medals in the men's 10m air rifle individual event at the Asian Games, with Himanshu Dhillon winning silver and Rudrankksh Patil taking bronze.

Himanshu finished second with 252.4 points, while Rudrankksh secured third place with 230.9 points. China's Sheng Lihao won the gold medal with 254.2 points, setting an Asian record. He finished with a best score of 10.6.

The individual medals came after Himanshu and Rudrankksh had won silver in the team event alongside Parth Mane.

India had earlier won silver in the women's team event through Elavenil Valarivan, Sonam Maskar and Vidarsha Vinod. Elavenil then added another medal in the individual event.

At the Hangzhou Asian Games, India's shooting contingent had won 22 medals, including seven gold, nine silver and six bronze.
