Sabarimala Gold Theft: Minister Saji Cheriyan Comments on Tantri Kandararu Rajeevaru’s Arrest

Thiruvananthapuram: Minister Saji Cheriyan said that nothing more will be revealed at this time regarding the arrest of Tantri Kandararu Rajeevaru. He added that the SIT’s investigation into the Sabarimala gold theft, which is being conducted following the dircetive of the Kerala High Court, is progressing very well.

“Let more details about the case come out. Let us see what the investigation team has submitted in court, and then will make any further statements," Saji Cheriyan said.

Meanwhile, the SIT believes that the arrest of Kandararu Rajeevaru will lead to the disclosure of several crucial pieces of information related to the gold robbery. The investigation team is planning to seek custody of the remanded Tantri and bring him into custody on Monday. To this end, the team will submit a custody application in the Kollam Vigilance Court.
