P.K. Sasi has been expelled from the primary membership of the CPI(M)

Palakkad: The Palakkad District Committee office announced that P. K. Sasi has been expelled from the primary membership of the CPI(M) for engaging in anti-party activities. Sasi is a member of the Nayadippara branch of the Kottopadam Local Committee in Palakkad.

CPI(M) Palakkad District Secretary E. N. Suresh Babu said that he does not give any credence to the allegations made against him by Sasi. He told the media that if it is proven that he has earned money illegally in any way, he will quit public life.
