NDR Space Invests 250 Crore in Aluva Warehousing and Industrial Park

Kochi: Warehousing and logistics company NDR Space Private Limited has invested 250 crore rupees in Kerala with the inauguration of a new warehousing and industrial park at Aluva, Ernakulam. The inauguration was conducted by Industries Minister P. Rajeev. This marks the 100th project to come through the Invest Kerala Global Summit held in Kochi.
The Grade-A warehousing project is being developed on 16 acres of land previously occupied by the Keelmad GTN company. The Aluva park forms part of NDR Space’s broader plan to establish Grade-A warehousing and industrial facilities across Kerala, covering a total area of two million square feet. Upon completion, the park is expected to generate direct and indirect employment for more than 200 people.
The facility is designed to meet the growing demands of industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and third-party logistics. It will also include self-regulated systems to efficiently manage stock, orders, and records of raw materials and finished goods.
Following the Invest Kerala summit in February, the state attracted investments worth 36,000 crore rupees through 100 projects, aimed at creating employment for approximately 500,000 people. Kerala has surpassed other states in converting investment proposals into actual projects, achieving a success rate of 24 percent compared to 14–15 percent elsewhere.
