Four Members of Malayali Family Killed in Road Accident Near Madinah; Three Children Critical

Madinah: Four members of a Malayali family were killed in a road accident near Madinah. The deceased have been identified as Naduvath Kalathil Abdul Jalil (52), his wife Tasna Thodengal (40), their son Naduvath Kalathil Adil (14), and Jalil’s mother Maimoona Kakengal (73), all natives of Vellil, Manjeri in Malappuram district.
The accident occurred when the car carrying seven members of the family, who were travelling to visit Madinah, collided with a lorry. Jalil’s daughters — Noora, Aayisha, and Fathima — sustained serious injuries and are currently undergoing treatment in the intensive care units of King Fahd Hospital and Saudi German Hospital in Madinah.
The accident took place at Wadi Farah on the Jeddah–Madinah road, when the car collided with a lorry transporting fodder.
