UDF Uses KIIFB Funds While Simultaneously Spreading False Propaganda, Says T P Ramakrishnan

Thiruvananthapuram: LDF Convener T P Ramakrishnan has said that development works funded through KIIFB have been carried out in all Assembly constituencies across Kerala, and that it is UDF representatives themselves—who have utilized funds for development in their constituencies—who are now making factually incorrect statements against KIIFB outside. He also alleged that UDF and BJP centres are spreading false propaganda against KIIFB.

The LDF convener further stated that development advancement marches and public outreach programs organized under the leadership of the Left Democratic Front will begin from February. The northern region march will be led by CPI(M) State Secretary M V Govindan, the central region march by Kerala Congress(M) Chairman Jose K Mani, and the southern region march by CPI State Secretary Binoy Viswam.

He said that marches will be organized on an Assembly constituency basis to take the government’s development projects directly to the people. In constituencies represented by Left MLAs, the respective MLAs themselves will lead the marches, he added.
