Kochi: Kerala is striving to become a hub for the Industrial Revolution, said Kerala's Minister for Industries, P Rajeev, while presiding over the Invest Kerala Global Summit held in Kochi. Kerala has always been a front runner in establishing a thriving ecosystem for businesses to flourish, and the world is beginning to realize the potential the state holds in terms of investment. The Invest Kerala Global Summit will go down in history for its significance in attracting global attention to Kerala.

This is evident from the participation of diplomatic leaders from 26 countries. Five countries have agreed to be partner countries and will conduct separate sessions at the summit. Two countries have even sent their ministerial delegations to Kerala to attend the event in person.

"The policies announced during the summit are tailored to suit Kerala's business ecosystem. They will certainly help skilled professionals in the state secure high-paying job opportunities within Kerala itself. So far, 6,000 project proposals have been registered, and around 2,500 investors are participating. Registrations have surpassed 2,000, which is a clear indication that Kerala is an investor-friendly state," he added.
