Kochi: The Kerala High Court will consider tomorrow the petition filed by the survivor in the actress assault case regarding the change in the hash value of the memory card containing crucial evidence.

After two judges recused themselves from hearing the matter, the case will now be considered by a bench headed by the third judge, Justice D S Dias.

Justice Jobin Sebastian and Justice Kausar Edappagath had earlier withdrawn from hearing the case.

The survivor filed a petition seeking a reinvestigation, alleging that the inquiry report submitted by the Ernakulam District Sessions Judge regarding the opening and examination of the memory card was factually incorrect and legally unsustainable.

The main requests in the petition include cancelling the earlier investigation report and forming a special investigation team, including cyber experts, under the supervision of the High Court to conduct a scientific reinvestigation into the matter.
