CITU State Committee Member Sheela Alex Dies of Cardiac Arrest

Thrissur: CITU State Committee member Sheela Alex (63) died of a cardiac arrest at her home in Kombazha near Vaniamparakad, Thrissur, at around 3.30 am on Sunday. She was rushed to a private hospital but could not be saved. The funeral will be held on Monday.

Sheela Alex had served as a CPI(M) Pananchery Local Committee member, All India Committee member of the Construction Workers Federation (CITU), Ollur Block Panchayat member, and Pananchery Grama Panchayat member.
