Bhavana Says Chief Minister’s Words Were Inspiring

Thiruvananthapuram: Actor Bhavana said that the Chief Minister’s words after the verdict in the case inspired her. In an interview with Reporter Channel, Bhavana mentioned that the Chief Minister’s encouragement to “stand firm” and assurance that everyone was with her gave her more strength. Bhavana was the chief guest at the government-hosted feast last Christmas.

Bhavana also opened up about other issues in the interview. She said that she had expected this verdict; therefore, it was not shocking at all. At the same time, however, she felt helpless.

She filed the complaint because she felt it was the right thing to do and said others should not have to suffer because of her. She added that she did not know she would inspire others when she filed the complaint.

Anomie is the last film released by Bhavana. The film was released on February 6th.
