Qatar Military Helicopter Crashes: Six Dead

Doha: Six people were killed when a military helicopter crashed into the sea in Qatar, the Ministry of Home Affairs reported. The search is ongoing for one additional person who is believed to have died in the incident. It is not yet clear whether the deceased are civilians or passengers, and authorities have not revealed their nationalities.
The accident occurred on Sunday, and Qatar's Ministry of Defense stated that the crash was caused by a technical fault. The pilot and passengers were aboard the helicopter. An intensive search was carried out by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Home Affairs for the wreckage, which was located near the country's maritime border.
Special forces from various units in the region have been conducting the search. The Ministry of Home Affairs released a statement saying that coordinated rescue operations are continuing.
